Class Descriptions

Active/Restorative: This class is remembering your way back to the peaceful place within where you are always whole and healed. Restorative yoga asanas, the power of breath, energy work, sound therapy and often incorporating reiki supportive touch and aromatherapy. Poses (asanas) are done lying or sitting and supported by blankets, bolsters or blocks.

Aerial Fitness: An empowering, uplifting mind/body workout. Learn to weave through the fabrics with grace as you grow stronger and more flexible. Explore opportunities to hang upside down and express yourself through movement. All levels.

Community Yoga: This class is donation based for anyone who would like to come experience our studio. Each weekly class is taught by one of our skilled instructors giving students a taste of our various teaching styles.

Family Yoga: This class is for new parents, infants, and toddlers. Devon is a Radiant Child Yoga certified Family Yoga Teacher and has songs, games, mindfulness, relaxation, and movement to share from her recent Radiant Child Yoga training.  Class is designed for children ages infant to 4years old with their caregiver.

Hatha Yoga: Unifies the body from the center outwards by incorporating the strength benefits of Pilates, Vinyasa flow and breath work.

Hula Hoop Fitness: “It’s impossible NOT to smile while hula hooping!” Get ready to sweat AND smile while we integrate low impact cardio, yoga, Pilates, and barre all while using the weighted fitness hula hoops! This up-tempo class is set to great music that will have you dancing and most importantly having fun with fitness! No previous hooping experience required.

Kundalini: Cleansing and revitalizing, this Yoga of Awareness combines breath, eye focus, postures and movement, body locks, mantra and meditation to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, boost immune function and build mental focus, as well as core muscle strength. All levels.

Sunrise Breath & Balance: Align your body and breath with your intentions for the day ahead with pranayama, meditation and a smooth vinyasa practice. This is a level 1-2 class with specific postures that will leave you feeling challenged and strong, helping you to cultivate balance physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Taoist Yoga: Postures of stillness and movement for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, enhancing circulation, developing core strength, muscle tone, balance, and stamina. Taoist movement provides relaxed confidence, fluidity and grace in the body.

Vinyasa Fit: An inspiring, all-levels Yoga practice that provides an opportunity to go deeper within while strengthening the body-mind connection. Includes breathwork, dynamic core work, intelligent sequencing linked through vinyasa, shoulder strengthening, hip opening and an opportunity to practice with a relaxed neck. Class includes hands-on assists—if you are uncomfortable with touch while practicing, please inform the teacher before class begins.

Vinyasa Groove is not your average flow class. We’ll give you the time and the space you need to connect with your body & breath while having a playful time on your mat! This groovy practice builds heat through marrying breath with creative sequencing allowing the body & breath to dance together. Vinyasa Groove is an all levels class, come as you are!

Yoga for All Stages of Birth: Yoga for pregnancy, post pregnancy, & infertility will help any expecting person’s body adapt to the changes from the inside, out. Yoga will help increase strength & calm the nervous system needed for childbirth preparation & the birthing experience. In this class we will learn to breathe optimally, connect to the womb, tone the pelvic floor, relieve back tension through alignment, & find community. 

Yoga for the Divine Femme: Open to Women-Identified people with a focus on biological, as well as energetic moon cycles, as well as life cycles from youth to aging.  Remembering our intuitive, empowering, physical connection to the Divine Feminine.  Devon has experience in holding space for the sacred feminine as a woman, through her connection with the subtle body through her voice, music, and Kundalini Yoga. This class may include song, movement, meditations, mudras, and mantras.
